Support Service Specialist - Part Time

Kforce has a client in Los Angeles, CA that is seeking a part time Support Service Specialist.

Summary: This position provides administrative support to the Business Management Department (Planning) and JCB Americas (Japanese Corporate Banking Division for the Americas). Responsibilities include general office administration, travel arrangements, expense processing, vendor and service coordination, accounts payable support, event and visitor arrangements, website/portal site content management and updates, and project management support. This role helps ensure smooth daily operations, timely processing of required procedures, accurate and up-to-date information sharing through internal and external web platforms, and effective support for management and team members.
