Akkodis is seeking a Support Executive for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will support and maintain AWS infrastructure, application operations, access management, and production support activities for a business-critical platform.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Support Executive Job Responsibilities include:
Provide support, monitoring, and troubleshooting for Workato integrations and automation workflows.
Develop, maintain, and optimize integration between Salesforce and other enterprise applications using Workato.
Configure and manage REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML, and authentication mechanisms for seamless data exchange.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across platforms, ensuring high system availability and performance.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement integration solutions.
Work with MS SQL Server and MySQL databases to support data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
6-8 years of experience in production support, infrastructure operations, and cloud environments.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch) and server administration (Red Hat Linux and Windows).
Experience with Okta, Multifactor Authentication (MFA), incident management, access provisioning, and security/compliance support processes.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
