Support Engineer 2

Job Title:  Support Engineer 
Location: Redmond WA 
Salary Range:  $40/hr to $45/hr on W2

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a procurement position.
• Experience with Client services such as Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Scripting language experience (Python, C#, or PowerShell) is a plus.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in a game development studio is welcome but not required.
• Experience in supporting multiple OSes is a bonus.
• Nice to have an IT degree.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Work closely with Studio Management, various Directors, and Leads to understand and act upon the studio’s IT-related needs.
• Perform PC hardware procurement, setup, and recycling.
• Field requests for information technology services, repairs, upgrades, support, inquiries, or complaints.
• Manage PC and parts inventory for the studio.
• Handle user account management.
• Provide IT support internally and externally to partner teams involved in game creation.
• Work with larger Client IT teams to engage in best practices and work through technical concerns.
