    Location: West Chester, Ohio (On-Site)

Do you get a little too excited when a colorway finally clicks? Do you have strong opinions about file naming conventions? We’re looking for a Support Artist who loves pop culture, lives in Photoshop and Illustrator, and wants to help get awesome products into the hands of fans. If you thrive on deadlines and get satisfaction from keeping a lot of moving pieces organized, you might be our next Support Artist.

    About Us
At Ripple Junction, work is collaborative, creative, and a lot of fun. Our team is our greatest asset, and we’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Support Artist to join our Design team. This is an entry-level role where you’ll work side by side with our designers, handle time-sensitive tasks, and play an essential part in keeping our creative pipeline moving.

    What You’ll Do
You’ll support the Design department with revisions, file prep, mockups, and product imagery. You’ll also keep our creative assets organized, partner with our Production Art team, and have opportunities to jump in on design and packaging projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    Design Support & Revisions

    • Make body and colorway changes to existing designs
    • Handle licensor and customer revisions
    • Move style guide graphics onto products
    • Assist with design and package creation as opportunities come up

    File Prep & Production

    • Prepare files for the Production Art team
    • Create files for Make On Demand services
    • Build t-shirt CADs (mockups)

    Product Imagery

    • Create product and lifestyle images for retailers and Amazon
    • Handle basic photography and photo editing

    Asset Organization

    • Organize creative assets, including style guides
    • Catalog and name design files so the whole team can find what they need

    What We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Commercial Art, or a related field
    • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
    • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, and Bridge
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
    • Comfort navigating and organizing file directories
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • A self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
    • A process-oriented, proactive approach to problem solving
    • Strong attention to detail and a track record of meeting deadlines
    • A genuine love for pop culture and t-shirts

    Nice to Have

    • Graphic apparel experience (not apparel design)
    • Licensing industry experience
    • Graphic design experience in retail
    • Experience working on an in-house or agency team, not just freelance
    • Product photography experience
