    Support Analyst I

    Location: Multiple campuses (100% onsite)

    Monday to Friday 7:30a-4:00pm

    Job Summary:
    As a Support Analyst I, you will provide Tier 1 service level support for hardware, application software, and operating system issues. You will act as the first point of contact for the IS Department, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, escalating Tier 2 issues, maintaining knowledge of CHOP IS applications and hardware, and adhering to Service Desk standards and information security policies. You will also support compliance activities related to regulatory requirements and healthcare accreditation standards.

    Required Qualifications:
    - Project deployment experience, including deploying PCs and printers.
    - A+ Certification.
    - 3-5 years of experience in EUD support, Service Desk support, or equivalent.
    - Experience with printer support.
    - Must have a car for travel to offsite locations.
    - Hospital experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    - Military background.
    - Previous experience working at CHOP.
    - Experience playing organized sports.
    - Medical terminology knowledge.
    - Previous medical EUD or Service Desk level 2 support background.
    - Certifications such as ACSP, MCP, MCSA, ITIL Foundations, CCNA, Lexmark & Lenovo Self Maintainer.

    Required Education:
    - High school degree.

    Preferred Education:
    - Some college or technical school diploma.

    Additional Information:
    - This position requires strong technical skills to provide prompt support for customers.
    - Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
    - Knowledge of Microsoft software, TCP/IP protocol suite, and various hardware/software.
    - Organized with the ability to follow established processes and recommend improvements.
