    Overview:

    Play an essential role in keeping clinical teams fully supplied and ready to deliver care as a Supply Technician II. In this position, you will ensure timely replenishment of supply areas, manage PAR levels, and order supplies using the organization’s ERP system. You’ll also print labels, stock specialty carts, and respond quickly to STAT requests. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and energized by supporting frontline healthcare operations in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:
    • Ensure accurate and timely PAR level counts while monitoring usage trends and reporting variances.  
    • Identify opportunities to improve PAR efficiency, including inventory levels, organization, and item adjustments.  
    • Use system tools to locate products, document supply requests, and communicate needs or discrepancies to Inventory Control.  
    • Maintain accurate inventory records, including processing credits and identifying out-of-stock items to ensure supply continuity. 
    • Receive, stock, and organize inventory throughout designated areas.  
    • Replenish crash carts and specialty carts, ensuring readiness, accuracy, and compliance with department standards.  
    • Inspect carts, prioritize distribution needs, and communicate issues impacting availability or workflow. 
    • Support equipment PAR monitoring and distribution processes, ensuring timely issuance and delivery.  
    • Properly tag and route equipment for repair while maintaining organized tracking and documentation to support efficient supply chain operations and patient care readiness. 
    Qualifications:

    Education: 

    • High School Diploma or GED required 
    • Associate’s degree preferred.  

    Experience: 

    • Two (2) or more years of healthcare or inventory experience is preferred. 

    License(s)/Certification(s): 

    • Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons required 
    • Auto Insurance required when driving a personal vehicle.
