    Description

    Overview

    The Supply Technician 2, working independently at times, will receive and distribute all supplies and equipment delivered to the facility in an accurate and timely manner.

    Responsibilities

    Warehouse Operations* Receive Fed-ex and UPS packages in Lawson.

    • Verify packing slips are accurate.
    • Troubleshoot when packages arrive missing information.
    • Tag and register RFID products.
    • Receive and put away Cardinal distribution orders.
    • Deliver packages to off site locations.
    • Complete accurate cycle counts.
    • Assist in replenishment of PAR locations.
    • Deliver and order medical gasses.
    • Participate in annual year end physical inventory count.
    • Outdate management (FIFO and bin rotation).Documentation* Ensures timely order records, receiving records, packing slips, and other similar documentation.
    • Responsible for documenting and reporting inventory discrepancies, such as shortages and damaged product.Training* Actively learn from other associates.
    • Ability to follow written procedures.
    • Ability to teach new colleagues the standard inventory replenishment procedures.
    • Coach and lead Store Tech 1 staff.

    • Stays current and complies with state and federal regulations/statutes and company policies that impact the employee''s area of responsibility.
    • If required for the position, ensures all certifications and/or licenses are up-to-date and valid prior to expiration dates.
    • Completes all company mandatory modules and required job-specific training in the specified time frame.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    High School Diploma or GED- Required

    Certification & Licensures:

    Valid Driver''s License and a 36 month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) from the appropriate Department of Transportation- Required

    Experience:

    Experience or Training in Receiving and Distribution - RequiredWarehouse experience- PreferredHealthcare is a rapidly changing environment and technology is integrated into almost all aspects of patient care. Computers and other electronic devices are utilized across the organization and throughout each department. Colleagues must have an understanding of computers, and competence in using computers and basic software programs.
