Position Summary

Posting Note: Are you a Supply Chain Systems professional who knows your way around Workday? Join our Supply Chain Analytics team and play a key role in supporting our Workday transformation and the future of our supply chain operations.

In this role, you''ll work at the intersection of supply chain, systems, and business processes-supporting Workday testing, supplier integrations, vendor onboarding, supply chain reporting and analysis, and functional troubleshooting. You''ll partner with technology teams and supply chain stakeholders to solve real-world challenges and improve how information flows between our organization and suppliers.

We''re looking for someone who brings hands-on supply chain systems experience, strong functional knowledge of Workday, and the ability to understand and troubleshoot supply chain processes. Experience with GHX, supplier integrations, Workday Supply Chain, or ERP implementations is especially valuable.

This position designs, configures, supports, and maintains vendor supplied software and integrated computer data systems, either independently or as a team member. Core responsibilities include developing custom and standard reports for Supply Chain using third party reporting software tools. Additionally, integration of software across multiple businesses and support systems especially ERP and inventory management systems. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for production systems within the Enterprise Finance, Human Resource, and Supply Chain Cycle.

Position Duties

• Acts as a liaison with operations community to ensure continuing responsiveness of applicable system software.

Gathers business requirements. Ensures the maintenance of adequate software systems documentation. Provides technical assistance and training to users of systems, with little or no instruction or mentoring.

• Complies with and contributes to system configuration and system change control standards and guidelines.

• Maintains status of tasks, defects, and issues and supports requests daily in each respective tool.

• With general guidance, designs and implements medium complexity system solutions across multiple departments and serves in key technical roles throughout the vendor-supplied software lifecycle.

• May be required to come on campus during off-shift hours and provide after-hours call support.

• Configures and unit tests the system as specified in the business and technical requirements to meet configuration exit criteria according to schedule.

• Identifies system constraints or gaps in business requirements and effectively communicates issues/risks to the appropriate leader in a timely manner.

• Translates business requirements into technical design and maintains comprehensive technical documentation.

• Works collaboratively with vendors and colleagues to analyze problems and propose recommended solutions that meet both business and technical needs.

• Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
