Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the capital planning process to align sourcing strategies with business objectives. Lead sourcing negotiation and execution of high-value capital equipment industrial services and infrastructure-related contracts. Develop commercial agreements that maximize asset utilization machine performance operational uptime and long-term value. Negotiate and manage after-sales support agreements maintenance contracts performance guarantees and service-level commitments. Secure long-term spare parts availability technical support provisions and supplier accountability measures to minimize operational risk and optimize total cost of ownership TCO. Manage complex contractual negotiations involving risk allocation indemnification clauses liquidated damages warranties and supplier performance obligations. Monitor supplier performance identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful project execution. Present commercial recommendations sourcing strategies and project updates to senior leadershipThis is afull-time contractopportunity.Theideal candidatewill have Bachelors degree in engineering Supply Chain Sourcing Business Administration Finance. 8 years of progressive experience in procurement capital sourcing or heavy manufacturing project engineering. Hands-on experience sourcing and negotiating capital equipment industrial services and complex supplier agreements.Preferred Skills and Qualifications Prior procurement or engineering leadership experience specifically within a highly automated manufacturing environment or complex industrial ecosystem. Experience with procurement and contract lifecycle management tools such as SAP Ariba Sigma Ironclad or similar platforms.
