    Supply Runner

     Expected Pay Rate: $18 - $22 per hour

    The Supply Runner supports warehouse, logistics, production, and field operations by transporting materials, equipment, parts, tools, and supplies between facilities, vendors, job sites, and operational work areas. The Supply Runner maintains inventory availability, performs deliveries and pickups, assists with material staging activities, documents supply movements, and supports general logistics operations. This position works closely with production, purchasing, engineering, warehouse, and field teams to ensure materials are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with operational requirements.

    Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions

    • Pick up, transport, and deliver materials, equipment, parts, tools, supplies, and documentation between company facilities, vendors, suppliers, and job sites.
    • Load, unload, inspect, and stage materials for production, warehouse, and field operations.
    • Verify quantities and condition of materials received and delivered against purchase orders, packing slips, manifests, and other documentation.
    • Assist with inventory control activities including stocking, organizing, counting, labeling, and replenishing materials and supplies.
    • Operate company vehicles, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required and authorized.
    • Support logistics personnel with shipping, receiving, packaging, and transportation activities.
    • Assist with maintaining inventory records, delivery logs, receipts, and operational documentation within company software systems.
    • Coordinate and execute supply runs to vendors, distributors, warehouses, and project locations to ensure timely delivery of materials.
    • Maintain vehicles, equipment, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
    • Follow company safety procedures, traffic regulations, and material handling requirements at all times.
    • Assist with day-to-day activities across logistics, production, maintenance, and operational departments.
    • Perform other duties and assignments as required.

    Skills and Specifications

    • Working knowledge of warehouse, inventory, logistics, transportation, and material handling operations.
    • Ability to safely operate vehicles and equipment used to transport materials and supplies.
    • Ability to read and interpret delivery schedules, packing slips, shipping documentation, inventory records, and work instructions.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work safely and efficiently in warehouse, production, and field environments.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to learn company inventory, logistics, and ERP systems.

    Supervisory Responsibility

    This position does not require the supervision of direct reports.

    Work Environment

    Physical Demands

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to twist, turn, bend, lift, kneel, climb, walk, drive, and stand. Frequent lifting and carrying of materials, equipment, and supplies up to 75 lbs. may occur.

    Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time hourly position. Standard days and hours are 40 hours per week, weekends and extended hours as needed. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends will be required based on operational needs.

     Travel

    Occasional travel may be required.

    Required Education and Experience

    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
    • One or more years of warehouse, logistics, delivery, transportation, inventory control, or material handling experience preferred.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
    • Forklift certification preferred, or ability to obtain certification required.

    Work Authorization / Security Clearance

    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance.
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
    • Must successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check.
    • Must successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) drug test and motor vehicle record review.
    • Must possess a valid driver's license compliant with REAL ID requirements.
    • Must be able to travel with the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).
