Location: Miramar, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Replenisher Associate I to support the implementation of lean supply management practices across the laboratory network. This role is responsible for managing material movement, inventory replenishment, cycle counting, and maintaining supply availability at laboratory point-of-use locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or supply chain environments and be comfortable working closely with laboratory staff and supply analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute standard business processes to manage material flow across various facility types, including Laboratories, RRLs, PSCs, and IOPs.
- Perform daily replenishment activities to ensure uninterrupted availability of supplies and materials.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support lean inventory management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts focused on reducing costs and cycle times.
- Maintain visual management systems, including Kanban cards, labels, photographs, and other inventory control tools.
- Collaborate with laboratory personnel and supply chain teams to identify and resolve inventory-related issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively replenish stock to meet operational requirements.
- Follow established inventory control procedures and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within supply replenishment operations.
Required Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Inventory Control
- Warehouse Operations
- Manufacturing
- Supply Chain Management
- Materials Management
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and replenishment processes.
- Experience working in a regulated, laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
- Familiarity with lean principles, Kanban systems, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Good mathematical and inventory reconciliation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with Visio or similar process-mapping software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical inventory-related activities throughout the workday.
