• Salary: $85,880 - $110,000 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Supply Planners who are responsible for the distribution of both manufactured and purchased products
• Communicate regularly with internal supply chain stakeholders to align priorities and resolve issues
• Create, monitor, and communicate network planning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Out-of-Stocks, Days of Supply, Inventory Turns, Production Attainment, and Out-of-Network Sourcing
• Develop and execute change management plans to drive measurable KPI improvements
• Collaborate with Brand Partners and Suppliers to maximize product availability and ensure readiness for innovation launches
• Direct the purchased product scheduling process by selecting the lowest-cost distribution paths across hub-and-spoke networks to minimize landed costs
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor''s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
