Supply Planning Specialist)

• Develop, maintain, and execute MTS and MTO supply plans, balancing WIP inventory, lead times, batch lot sizes, SKU-level Days on Hand, and dynamic demand forecasts
• Direct Production Planners to ensure alignment between batch allocation schedules and customer order fulfillment deadlines
• Create long-term production, capacity, and batch allocation plans for Senior Leadership across Commercial, Demand Planning, and Global Supply Planning
• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) setups, revisions, and change-control workflows for new product launches, validation batches, and packaging updates
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Regulatory, Quality Operations, and IT to resolve production bottlenecks and execute continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct scenario modeling and present supply chain KPIs using SAP ERP, Microsoft Excel, and reporting software (PowerBI or Tableau)
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field required (Advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum 6+ years of Supply and Production Planning experience required (experience within biological, plasma, or pharmaceutical manufacturing strongly preferred)
• APICS/CPIM certification preferred
• Advanced expertise in SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel required (Candidates without strong SAP and Excel capabilities will not be considered)
• Hands-on proficiency with business intelligence reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau) strongly preferred
• Deep working knowledge of cGMP standards, FDA regulatory parameters, and complex manufacturing supply chain constraints required
• Physical capability to work in an office setting, periodically enter BioRisk areas with required PPE, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs required
