Key Responsibilities


+ Conversion of demand plan into a network supply plan for Family Chemistries. This includes approving and sending a production plan to manufacturing locations while optimizing network capacity.

+ Identify and resolve forecast accuracy and lead time issues with key stakeholders including Demand Planning, SBUs, and PLMs

+ Balance production planning across the network to maintain sprint capacity, including load leveling in preparation for maintenance shutdowns, seasonal volumes, raw material allocation etc.

+ Identify and resolve capacity constraints over the planning horizon by working with Manufacturing, R&D, Procurement, and the Business Units.

+ Maintain required inventory levels for Family Chemistries at stocking locations to meet customer service levels. Implement corrective action when imbalances occur.

+ Regularly monitor and address inactive, slow moving, and excess inventory

+ Coordinate inter-plant scheduling constraints related to schedule break-ins, raw materials, etc. facilitated through regular communication.

+ Lead and implement improvement plans to ensure security of supply for existing and new business

+ Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues/constraints/process gaps and drive corrective actions


Minimum Qualifications


+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related subject.

+ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

+ Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

+ High level proficiency with MS Office, primarily Excel

+ Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills


Preferred Qualifications


+ APICS Certification

+ High level of proficiency with common ERP systems, especially JDA Master Planning and SAP (Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP))

+ A track record of successfully delivering to Key Performance Indicators and business objectives
