Supply Planner

Job Title: Supply Planner
Location: On-site in Stow, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $55,000-$70,000; based on experience

Key Responsibilities of a Supply Planner:
• Execute and support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align inventory and supply plans with customer demand
• Create, manage, and track Purchase Orders and Distribution Orders across multiple suppliers and locations
• Analyze forecast trends, inventory performance, and supply risks to develop proactive solutions
• Collaborate with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, lead times, and production capacity requirements

Qualifications of a Supply Planner:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, production planning, or a related role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, forecasting, and S&OP processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems for planning and replenishment activities
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail
