Supply Network Planning Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Propagate net requirements upstream and constrain supply plans downstream.
• Create and support network RCCP and MPS processes.
• Analyze inventory performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Review and manage distribution forecasts and inventory transfers.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics tools.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related analytical roles.
• Experience with visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with data engineering platforms like Alteryx, Databricks, or SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferences

• Experience with RCCP, MPS, and end-to-end supply network planning.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP or Kinaxis.
• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred.
• Python or other advanced analytical programming experience.
