Requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned suppliers to monitor and improve quality and delivery performance
- Support multi-functional procurement teams responsible for commodity management activities in Quality, Delivery, and Cost
- Support the negotiation of supply agreements as needed
- Independently analyze supply chain data using established tools and formats to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Lead initiatives to resolve chronic supplier issues
- Develop and monitor supplier and part inventory plans to mitigate supplier risk while maintaining goal level assets
What Skills You Need
- 2 or more years of experience in Materials Management or relevant work experience in Supply Management, Material Flow, or Production Planning
- 2 or more years of demonstrated experience in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
