Description:
• Manage service parts supply planning.
• Ensure on-time parts delivery.
• Work with suppliers and buyers.
• Collaborate with forecast analysts.
• Track inventory and supplier performance.
• Monitor fill rate and on-time delivery.
• Manage backorders and past-due orders.
• Use SAP, SPERT, ZMDelinq, and Lights.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain supplier relationships.
• Prepare reports and performance metrics.
• Support contract and inventory management.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years of planning or supply management experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems.
• Experience working with suppliers.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP experience.
• Previous John Deere contingent experience.
• Supply chain or procurement experience.
• Recent graduates with relevant education are welcome.
• Knowledge of inventory and supplier management systems.
