Location: Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526
Duration: 24 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)
Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Job Summary
Manage supplier relationships and purchased-parts delivery to support factory operations. The role focuses on supplier performance, inventory, delivery, cost analysis, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day performance and relationships with assigned suppliers.
· Monitor supplier quality and delivery performance.
· Manage purchased-parts delivery for internal and external suppliers.
· Respond to complex supplier issues and analyze performance.
· Track key supplier management indicators and provide feedback.
· Research cost drivers, market trends, innovations, and alternative suppliers.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives.
· Monitor contract performance and provide input for negotiations/renegotiations.
· Manage site/factory inventory and resolve discrepancies.
· Coordinate stakeholder meetings, actions, and events.
· Maintain knowledge of supply chain practices, regulations, and technology.
Required Skills
· Strong communication skills.
· Good typing and computer skills.
· Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
· Planning and organizing.
· Data collection and analysis.
· Procurement/supply management knowledge.
· Reporting and review skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· 4-year degree in Business, Supply Management, or related field.
· SAP experience.
· Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Education
Post-secondary education preferred.
