Job Overview
Support supply management, sourcing, supplier performance, and purchased-parts delivery for commodities of lower value and complexity. The role works with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, resolve supply issues, and support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
· Support sourcing activities and Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) and Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process (EOFP).
· Support development and execution of sourcing strategies and supplier contracts.
· Manage purchased-parts delivery for internal and external suppliers across one or more locations.
· Assist with: Cost models, Make-vs.-Buy studies, Spend analysis, Invoice issue resolution, Data analysis
· Work with Strategic Sourcing to address chronic supplier performance issues.
· Support supplier validation during early supplier selection and product development.
· Use the Achieving Excellence process to manage supplier performance.
· Execute supply chain planning activities within established systems and processes.
· Perform supplier management activities and support supplier-related initiatives.
· Collect, analyze, and report data using established tools and methods.
· Conduct complex analyses, quality checks, and inspections requiring independent judgment.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
· Resolve supplier and internal customer inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
· Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
· Create and maintain complex Microsoft Office documents, databases, and departmental systems.
· Provide process and system support to colleagues as needed.
Required Skills

Education
Required:
· Bachelor's degree in: Business, Supply Chain Management, Supply Management, Related field

Preferred Qualifications
· SAP experience strongly preferred.
· Experience with inventory or purchased parts in a manufacturing environment.
· Experience working directly with suppliers.
· Previous Supply Management or Supply Chain experience.
· Experience with supplier performance management and parts delivery.
