Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager / Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise transportation systems.
- Strong Supply Chain, Logistics, and Transportation domain knowledge.
- Proven experience implementing Transportation Management Systems (TMS) at scale , preferably in Retail/e-Commerce.
- Experience developing and optimizing global product roadmaps based on business value.
- Strong experience working in large, matrixed organizations and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience creating, prioritizing, and accepting Epics and User Stories .
- Experience conducting user research and testing to understand business/customer needs.
- Ability to define product goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value.
- Strong communication and active-listening skills across technical, business, and executive levels.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or Aha!
- Ability to work collaboratively with modern software design and development teams.
- Strong transition management experience.
