[Responsibilities]
- Drive daily supply chain activities, including purchasing, material tracking, and order management
- Proactively coordinate with suppliers to confirm order status, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Expedite critical parts and resolve shipment delays to maintain steady operations
- Communicate order updates and delivery status to internal teams and customers
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize urgent material needs and support business goals
- Support sales-related activities such as order processing and customer inquiries
- Prepare reports on purchasing activity, deliveries, and outstanding orders
- Identify and escalate supply chain disruptions and supplier issues
- Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce delays
[Required Skills and Experience]
- High School Diploma or GED
- Professional experience in supply chain, purchasing, customer service, order management, or materials expediting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
[Preferred Skills]
- 1-3 years' experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Familiarity with ERP or purchasing systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience with purchase order management, supplier follow-up, and expediting
- Ability to interpret purchasing documents and inventory reports
