    Summary
    The Supply Chain Support Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Director of Procurement to assist in overall inventory and vendor management within Supply Chain. They must also work through issues with inbound product deliveries or discrepancies to resolve problems quickly. This is a fast-paced position, that requires great attention to detail, time management and a hardworking individual who will be punctual and dependable. Their work is in conjunction with the Warehouse Management System team, Supply Chain, Shipping & Receiving and Transportation.

    People
     
    • Provide Daily Support to the Director of Procurement
    • Assist IT/ Operations with Crunchtime Support 
    • Assist with negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers to obtain best in class agreements on behalf of the company
    • Assist restaurants with delivery schedule changes 
    • Assist Accounting in vendor invoice discrepancies

    Results
    • Issue Purchase Orders within StockIQ Inventory Management System  
    • Accurately process Vendor orders in Solochain & Netsuite  
    • Reconcile Inbound Purchase Orders and submit to Accounting for payment 
    • Process Credits and Returns from Restaurants and Vendors 
    • Stampli Coding for non-DC stocked items 
    • Backfill for processing restaurant orders 
    • Backfill for all Supply Chain Admins
    • Add and update product in inventory, update restaurant view of products with new pricing
    • Member of WMS Continuous Improvement Team
    • Issue Purchase Orders within Purchasing Software and Inventory Management System 
    • Maintaining external vendors within ERP system 
    • Purchase and direct ship to restaurants smallwares not stocked at the distribution center for existing and new restaurant smallware packages

    Physical Requirements
     
    • Continuous lifting of merchandise up to 20 pounds on a regular basis
