Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Coordinates material and logistical needs for the site operations.
Coordinates with onsite teams, external customers, and internal stakeholders for seamless communication.
Resolves issues in a timely manner to maintain operational alignment.
Applies knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting.
Performs supply chain activities to support material requirements.
Performs warehouse inventory management tasks.
Tracks inventory accuracy and accountability.
Supports material and logistical coordination for operational needs.
Maintains records of inventory and supply chain transactions.
Ensures material availability to meet operational requirements.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
1+ year of supply chain experience.
3+ years of warehouse inventory experience.
Ability to work full-time onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.
Ability to work first shift with flexible start and end times.
No security clearance required to start.
Must be a U.S. Person for Export Compliance purposes.
