Job Summary
The Supply Chain Services Supervisor supervises and directs supply chain staff to meet safety, productivity, and quality goals. This role ensures consistent and efficient delivery of supplies and services to facility departments. It also oversees the semi-annual inventory of warehouse/General Stores and facility supply areas.
Essential Functions of the Role
Key Success Factors
At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
Experience in healthcare supply chain, warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or materials management strongly preferred
Experience supporting procedural and clinical areas such as OR, Cath Lab, Endoscopy, or Nursing Units strongly preferred
Lean, process improvement, or project leadership experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of healthcare inventory best practices, PAR management, cycle counting, and product standardization initiatives strongly preferred
Experience with inventory management systems, preferably Tecsys, Lawson, and Ivalua strongly preferred
Administrative and planning skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
