    Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics' company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.

    Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes.

    The Supply Chain Senior Launch Specialist is responsible for leading supply chain strategy and execution for new product introduction (NPI) and lifecycle management (LCM) projects. This role ensures continuity of supply by driving cross-functional alignment and supporting successful launches and ongoing operations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Serves as the supply chain lead for NPI and LCM projects, driving project plans, deliverables, and execution.
    • Provides operations input into product design to meet cost and margin targets.
    • Supports supplier selection, qualification, and collaboration on product and process decisions.
    • Facilitates commercial supply agreements and leads contract trade-off discussions.
    • Develops demand and capacity plans and supports manufacturing scale-up.
    • Contributes to make vs. buy decisions, site selection, and long-term supply strategies.
    • Ensures alignment across Make, Buy, and Plan functions through the project lifecycle.
    • Communicates updates, risks, and opportunities to management.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Business

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

    Required:

    • 2 years of relevant professional experience
    • Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or project management
    • Strong communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities

    Preferred:

    • Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Biologics industries
    • Experience leading cross-functional or NPI teams
    • Six Sigma, Process Excellence, or PMP certification
    • Knowledge of manufacturing operations and enterprise supply chains

    OTHER:

    • May require 10-20% domestic and/or international travel
    • Can be located at any J&J MedTech site
