  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and maintain project accountability.
  • Prepare project updates, dashboards, executive summaries, and leadership reports.
  • Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and cost-benefit analyses for strategic initiatives.
  • Translate operational challenges into structured project plans with measurable KPIs.

Supplier & Material Strategy

  • Partner with Procurement to evaluate supplier performance, diversification opportunities, and supply risks.
  • Lead initiatives focused on supplier performance, lead-time reduction, MOQ optimization, cost reduction, and contract alignment.
  • Support supplier qualification and improvement activities.
  • Partner with Quality on supplier assessments, nonconformances, corrective actions, and performance improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact material availability and production.

Inventory, ERP & MRP Optimization

  • Identify gaps in material flow, inventory strategy, MRP logic, replenishment policies, BOM data, and planning parameters.
  • Analyze material shortages and lead cross-functional root-cause investigations.
  • Recommend safety-stock levels, stocking strategies, and replenishment policies.
  • Partner with IT and ERP teams to improve MRP parameters, master data, planning processes, and supply-chain visibility.
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities to improve inventory performance and material availability.

Production & Capacity Planning

  • Analyze production demand, capacity constraints, material readiness, and changeover requirements.
  • Partner with Production and Planning teams to ensure upcoming manufacturing campaigns have the required materials available.
  • Identify supply-chain constraints affecting production throughput and recommend solutions.
  • Support new product introductions, technology transfers, scale-up initiatives, and manufacturing expansions.
  • Develop supply-chain project plans that support production growth and operational scalability.

503B / cGMP Compliance

  • Ensure supply-chain projects align with cGMP requirements, 503B outsourcing facility requirements, and internal quality systems.
  • Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams during audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
  • Provide supply-chain data, documentation, process maps, and project records as needed.
  • Ensure project documentation follows established quality and document-control requirements.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a project leader connecting Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Production, Quality, Engineering, Finance, IT, and executive leadership.
  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear accountability for deliverables.
  • Develop KPI dashboards and performance reporting.
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Drive projects through completion while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, project management, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects with measurable operational results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis, data interpretation, and scenario analysis.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
Intermediate to advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong project management, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
