Job Title: Supply Chain Project Specialist / Allocation Engineering Project Specialist (EPS)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA – Onsite
Duration: 4 Months Contract
Employment Type: W2 Contract Only
Pay Rate: $50/hour (Maximum)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Allocation Engineering Project Specialist to manage inventory for engineering teams, track incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely distribution of engineering samples.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and update inventory records.
• Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to manage outgoing shipments and related documentation.
• Scan serial numbers and distribute engineering samples to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory logs for tracking and traceability.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and maintain an organized storage area.
• Manage excess materials and scrap development materials as requested.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Generate inventory reports to support analysis and project activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in inventory management, shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory distribution.
• Experience maintaining inventory databases and handling large volumes of data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform physical inventory-related tasks, including lifting and organizing materials.
• Basic knowledge of international logistics, import/export, and customs clearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
