Project Manager Supply Chain Management, TBS's single Government point of contact with full authority for overall contract execution across Redstone Arsenal and Fort Bliss, for the U.S. Army Aviation and Missiles Command (AMCOM) Logistics Center (ALC) Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCMD), ensures supply availability and timely delivery of products and services to the warfighter. Leads performance, quality, safety, staffing, subcontractors, risk, reporting, customer coordination, transition, and corrective actions; ensures both sites meet Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL) requirements. Manages all contract requirements and ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws in the execution of this PWS. Performance objectives, standards, and AQLs implemented annually. Meet with Government for informal interim counseling sessions to identify any performance not meeting AQLs and to provide the opportunity to improve. Implement a Quality Control Program (QCP) to monitor and enhance service quality and submit a QCP Plan.
