Project Overview:

Supporting a multi-year, enterprise SAP S/4HANA business transformation focused on end-to-end Supply Chain capabilities. This role will sit within the Transformation Management Office and help coordinate initiatives across business owners, SAP/IT teams, and third-party partners.

The position will serve as a connector between strategy and execution, providing portfolio-level visibility, dependency management, governance, and business readiness coordination across multiple workstreams.

Key Focus Areas:

• Supply Chain processes spanning manufacturing, maintenance, warehouse, and transportation

• Integration between Planning and Source-to-Pay

• Broad understanding of Supply Chain business processes within an SAP implementation

• Cross-functional coordination and resolution

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and business operations

• Portfolio planning, governance, and dependency management

• Coordination between business owners, SAP/IT teams, and system integrators

• Business readiness, testing, training, and adoption planning

• Risk, issue, dependency, and value tracking

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the transformation portfolio plan, including initiatives, milestones, dependencies, and key risks

• Support intake, prioritization, scope governance, and transformation strategy

• Prepare executive-level materials for steering committees and portfolio reviews

• Partner with business and process owners to define objectives, scope, success measures, and decision ownership

• Coordinate cross-functional alignment when priorities or dependencies conflict

• Work closely with SAP, Data, and IT teams to align business priorities with technical delivery plans

• Coordinate with system integrators and third-party partners on deliverables, dependencies, and risks

• Support enterprise business readiness activities across design, testing, training, and adoption

• Maintain visibility into portfolio-level risks, issues, and cross-initiative dependencies

• Support tracking of business benefits, KPIs, and overall value realization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

• 8+ years of project/program management experience

• 3 5 years supporting SAP ERP transformations, including ECC or S/4HANA

• Experience supporting Supply Chain-focused SAP transformations

• Experience working with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrators

• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes

• Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and business readiness risks

• Direct experience supporting Supply Chain business processes within an SAP environment

They should be comfortable operating across functions, driving alignment without direct authority, identifying dependencies before they become delivery issues, and keeping stakeholders focused on business outcomes rather than simply task completion.
