Software Requirements

• Proficiency in standard program management tools, such as Smartsheet, Airtable, Microsoft Project.
• Previous client/industry experience preference: Very helpful- industry exp in supply chain planning and manufacturing is most helpful

We are seeking an experienced program leader with a track record of establishing structure, transparency, and execution rigor within complex enterprise transformations. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with the ability to build and operate the governance, planning, and performance management systems that enable large-scale initiatives to succeed. They excel in highly matrixed environments and are skilled at bringing clarity to ambiguity, managing complex dependencies, and providing executive leaders with the visibility needed to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs, portfolios, or strategic initiatives.
• Proven experience establishing program governance, integrated planning, roadmap management, and executive reporting practices.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, process, and organizational change.
• Strong program leadership skills, including dependency management, risk management, change control, and performance measurement.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Experience in Planning, Supply Chain, or related business functions preferred.
• Proficiency in standard program management tools, such as Smartsheet, Airtable, Microsoft Project.

What You Will Work On:

As our Supply Chain Program Manager, you will build and lead the program management offense. You will establish the governance, planning, reporting, and execution frameworks that enable teams to deliver against strategic objectives while providing leaders with visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions

Program Leadership & Governance

• Establish and lead the overall program management approach for the key initiative
• Design and operate governance processes, executive reporting, decision forums, and escalation mechanisms. Ensure key decisions, scope changes, risks, dependencies, and milestones are tracked and governed effectively. Define program metrics and provide transparent reporting on transformation progress and performance.

Integrated Planning & Execution

• Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
• Drive execution discipline through structured planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning efforts to ensure alignment across business, technology, and transformation teams.
• Maintain a single source of truth for program plans, milestones, actions, risks, and decisions.

Who You will work with

• You will join the Planning Capabilities team and report to the Senior Director, Planning Capabilities (TBC). In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across Planning Capabilities, Supply Chain Planning Technology, and functional Business Owners and Sponsors to enable the successful execution of a key supply chain initiative.
• You will work across business, technology, and transformation teams to establish the governance, planning, and execution disciplines required to deliver a strategic enterprise initiative.
