Supply Chain Planner – Manufacturing
Type: Full-time | On-site

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain Planning Leader/Manager with 1-3 years of leadership experience and a strong background in demand planning, forecasting, master scheduling, and procurement & supplier coordination within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role, not a desk-based planning position. The ideal candidate is regularly on the production and warehouse floor, partnering with operations teams to ensure demand and supply alignment, optimize production schedules, and drive continuous improvement across procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of leadership experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or scheduling
• Strong experience with demand planning, forecasting, master scheduling, and S&OP processes
• Experience coordinating suppliers and procurement activities in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
• Consumer goods, food & beverage, or high-volume manufacturing experience preferred
