SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER
LOCATION: Longmont, CO 80503
JOB TYPE: 6-Month Contract
WORK SCHEDULE: 100% On-Site
CONTRACT LENGTH: 6 months, with potential for extension
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join a Technical Program Management team supporting hardware product development. This position will focus on the logistical side of hardware ordering, material coordination, inventory, purchase orders, and shipments.
The Supply Chain Planner will work closely with Technical Program Managers, product development teams, vendors, and global teams to ensure hardware and materials are ordered, tracked, and delivered accurately and on schedule.

Job Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create Purchase Orders (POs) for non-SSD hardware and track orders through delivery
- Manage shipments to teams and external partners worldwide
- Track databases, inventory, shipments, hardware builds, and purchase orders
- Coordinate with vendors and manage product and material orders, including through Ariba
- Assist with material inventory assessments
- Collaborate with external kitting and assembly houses as needed
- Track hardware/build plan usage after delivery to development teams
- Assist with hardware budget tracking and reporting
- Maintain accurate board and component identification and shipment information
- Support product board development and test infrastructure activities
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with teams in the U.S., India, and Singapore
- Support the Technical Program Management team with assigned logistical and supply chain tasks
- Coordinate multiple activities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 1–3 years of Supply Chain experience or equivalent experience required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn new processes, systems, and terminology
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external teams
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Supply planning experience
- Logistics or inventory management experience
- Materials coordination experience
- Procurement or purchase order experience
- Experience with shipment tracking and database management
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or related industries
- Familiarity with Ariba or similar procurement/order management systems
- Knowledge of electronic assembly processes
- Basic understanding of electronic components, assemblies, and board identification
A deep technical engineering background is not required. Candidates should, however, be comfortable learning electronic component and hardware terminology because accuracy is critical when ordering and coordinating materials.
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma required
- Associate Degree preferred
- Relevant supply chain, logistics, materials, or procurement experience may be considered in place of additional education

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling medium-to-high-volume tracking and data-entry activities. They should be able to prioritize competing tasks, adapt to changing workloads, communicate effectively across multiple teams, and work with stakeholders across different time zones.

• This position is 100% on-site in Longmont, CO. There is no remote option.
• Candidates who relocate for the position are responsible for their own relocation expenses.
• The position supports teams and stakeholders across the U.S., India, and Singapore.
