    Key Responsibilities

    Production & Supply Planning

    • Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
    • Coordinate with Operations to ensure production plans are achievable and aligned with business priorities.
    • Monitor schedule performance and adjust plans as conditions change.
    • Communicate schedule changes, priorities, and constraints to relevant stakeholders.

    Material Planning & Inventory Management

    • Use ERP/MRP systems to determine material requirements and ensure timely availability of ingredients and packaging.
    • Identify and proactively manage material shortages, supply risks, and inventory constraints.
    • Partner with Procurement to monitor supplier deliveries, purchase orders, and lead times.
    • Support inventory optimization by monitoring stock levels, excess inventory, slow-moving items, and shelf-life risks.
    • Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies.

    ERP, Data & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate planning data and transactions within the ERP/MRP system.
    • Support the setup and maintenance of planning master data, including Bills of Materials, lead times, yields, and planning parameters.
    • Prepare planning reports and analysis relating to production performance, inventory, material availability, and service levels.
    • Identify planning issues and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

    Cross-Functional Coordination & Continuous Improvement

    • Work closely with Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, FSQA, and other teams to ensure effective planning and execution.
    • Support factory trials, new product launches, startup activities, and production ramp-up initiatives.
    • Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at improving planning processes, inventory management, and operational performance.
    • Provide timely updates and planning insights to the Supply Chain Manager and site leadership team.
