Supply Chain / Order Coordinator
What You'll Do:
- Enter and maintain material orders and related data in our ERP system.
- Check material availability and support the smooth fulfilment of orders.
- Coordinate order execution together with our Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer teams.
- Ensure that information in the ERP system is accurate and up to date.
- Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Take part in process improvement initiatives and help us make our operations more efficient.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working with an ERP system or other data systems. Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company will be considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with large volumes of data.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Good English skills.
- The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Higher education or currently being in the final year of your studies.
