Location: Elmhurst, IL
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Shift : 1st
Compensation: $90-120K (DOE)
Bonus/ Incentives/ Stock Options: 10% Bonus

Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead inventory and warehouse operations for a growing, custom manufacturing organization. You’ll manage a team of 10+ employees across multiple nearby facilities while driving inventory accuracy, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
Job Duties:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of inventory and warehouse employees.
- Oversee receiving, inventory storage, FIFO, cycle counting, and material picking.
- Ensure accurate and timely shipments to customers and production.
- Improve inventory processes, warehouse layouts, and operational workflows.
- Manage facility improvement projects, equipment purchases, and space planning.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.
- Coordinate daily priorities with production and internal teams.
- Ensure safe operation of forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Work occasional Saturdays for inventory counts and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or project management.
- Previous team leadership or people management experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience with process improvement, Excel, and ERP systems.
