    As a Supply Chain Materials Operations Specialist, you’ll be the point person who keeps materials planned, received, stored, delivered, and shipped on schedule. You’ll operate material handling equipment, protect data integrity, and partner with teams to improve how goods move through the facility.

    Is this you?

    • Do you enjoy maintaining airtight inventory accuracy with fast, correct data entry?
    • Are you curious enough to chase down inventory discrepancies and fix system problems at the source?
    • Can you spot and resolve receiving issues before they ripple through production?
    • Do you monitor stock levels proactively and communicate when action is needed?
    • Are you comfortable supporting engineering changes with allocations and inventory adjustments (including CN maintenance)?
    • Do you build trust with internal teams and external customers through daily, responsive collaboration?
    • Are you eager to contribute to cycle counts, ISL (Inventory Stock Location) management, and bin consumption tracking?

    What you’ll do

    • Plan, receive, stock, deliver, and ship materials with precision and urgency.
    • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions for lasting results.
    • Support process improvements that enhance throughput and data quality.

    Minimum requirements

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, notably Excel and Word.
    • Ability and willingness to work overtime as business demands, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Reliable, on-site attendance.

    Preferred qualifications

    • Strong phone etiquette and clear communication skills.
    • Effective interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
    • Solid business acumen.
    • 6 months–2 years of general office practices.
    • Capability to pass an internal Powered Industrial Equipment license test and operate stand-up and sit-down equipment in the Operations Facility.

    Work setting and physical demands

    • Manufacturing or production environment; potential exposure to loud noise, dust, moving machinery, and fluctuating temperatures.
    • Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds and up to 30 pounds sustained, plus bending, kneeling, and climbing as tasks require.
    • PPE usage is required when specified.
    • Clear vision and hearing are critical for safe equipment operation and effective communication.
