Supply Chain Manager
Position location is flexible and may office from any branch in the USA
Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm
OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-time Supply Chain Manager, you will manage and direct a team who works as the strategic link between the Supply Chain Department and the rest of the company by impacting how Fastenal manages product flow both domestically and internationally. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Directing, motivating, and developing a team of employees
o Managing inventory plans
o Collaborating with product development, operations, and sales
o Analyzing data and clearly communicating the results
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or a related Business field OR have 1 year of relevant work experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

COMPENSATION:
The base pay range for this position is $60,000 - 90,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
