Position Details:
We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing and supplier strategy in a manufacturing environment where decisions directly affect production and growth. This role combines supplier relationships, contract negotiations, risk management, and cost improvements with the day-to-day reality of keeping materials moving.
You'll be the key link between suppliers, engineering, and operations. One week might be reviewing performance scorecards or market shifts; the next could be traveling to a supplier to troubleshoot and strengthen the relationship. Along the way, you'll be finding ways to reduce lead times, cut costs, and keep quality at the front of every decision.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and performance management
- Analytical thinker with proven problem-solving skills
- Skilled communicator who can build and influence relationships at every level
- ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Preferred: plastics manufacturing, commodity/hedging knowledge, or global supply chain exposure
What You'll Be Doing
- Own supplier relationships: manage contracts, performance, and long-term agreements
- Partner with engineering on new product launches for cost, quality, and manufacturability
- Anticipate market shifts, risks, and capacity challenges, and act before they become issues
- Lead cost savings, efficiency projects, and supplier quality initiatives
- Travel as needed for supplier audits, visits, and problem resolution
