Supply Chain Manager

The Role

The Operations team is looking for a highly-motivated individual who can help manage and build an international supply chain system for a hypergrowth telemedicine start-up. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management to help build out our internal systems. For this role, this person will need the ability to multitask in a fast paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, process, and manage purchase orders for suppliers
• Manage shipping logistics to ensure all products are delivered accurately and on time
• Work with product development team to facilitate product testing and set up supply chain for new product introduction
• Point person for managing various supply chains and lead times for our products
• Help build/scale an international supply chain
• Implementing and maintaining ERP system

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of Supply Chain management experience
• International Supply Chain management a plus
• Highly attentive to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Organization and meeting deadlines
• Experience in a VC backed or fast-growing company
• Strong Excel skills

This role is temporarily remote due to COVID-19. Applicants should be able to work locally in Santa Clara, California once it is safe to do so, but long-term remote work can be also considered.
