Pay Range:$135,000 Per Year

Description
Join our team as a Supply Chain Manager in Lenexa, KS, working full-time to manage procurement processes and vendor relationships in diverse industries. 
This role requires strong negotiation skills and a working knowledge of project management and procurement technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Support procurement by identifying and incorporating contract clauses into vendor templates.
Review and ensure project contract templates meet requirements.
Negotiate high-risk contracts and provide legal review support.
Resolve complex contract issues and maintain vendor relationships.
Coordinate with legal and procurement teams to resolve issues and move contracts to execution.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or equivalent experience.
10 years of experience in engineering, construction, or related fields.
5 years of legal training or transactional/commercial management experience preferred.
8 years of negotiation experience required.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with effective time management abilities.
