Supply Chain Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or warehouse management within electronics manufacturing, semiconductor equipment, or related high-tech industries.
• Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems, warehouse systems, and supply chain planning tools.
• Experience managing strategic sourcing and procurement for complex electronic and electro-mechanical components including PCBAs, semiconductors, custom machined parts, cables, and assemblies.
• Demonstrated capability in contract manufacturer management and global supplier network leadership, including supplier qualification and performance management.
• Experience supporting high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
• APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with international sourcing and logistics, including risk management and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end supply chain functions including sourcing, procurement, planning, supplier management, contract manufacturing operations, and warehouse and stockroom execution.
• Own strategic sourcing and commodity strategy in partnership with engineering and R&D, including supplier selection, supplier qualification, contract negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Manage inventory and warehouse operations including inventory accuracy, cycle counts, material flow, storage optimization, shipping/receiving, and transaction compliance.
• Support production schedules, customer delivery commitments, and NPI readiness by coordinating material availability, forecasting, capacity planning, and supply continuity strategies.
• Establish KPIs and operating rhythms to drive supplier performance, mitigate supply chain risks, and develop the supply chain team (including buyers and warehouse leadership across multiple sites).
