Supply Chain Manager - Onsite | Everett, WA
About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Manager at our Everett, WA facility. You'll be the driving force ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality, affordable parts, directly supporting production and organizational success. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that puts you at the center of problem-solving and continuous improvement within a global, fast-paced environment. We offer a one-year contract with competitive hourly pay and opportunities to gain valuable experience in a leading manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Solve urgent supply chain issues to keep production moving without delays
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to meet business goals
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for sustainable improvement
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to drive results
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align business processes with organizational objectives
- Continuously improve supply chain efficiency, cost savings, and process effectiveness
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating exceptional project management skills
- Utilize SAP for supply chain management and reporting
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant supply chain experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP
- Proven ability to lead, resolve issues, and deliver results in high-pressure situations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- US Citizenship (required)
- Full on-site availability (7am-5pm core hours, 40+ hours/week with overtime)
Preferred Skills
- Master's degree in business or technical field
- Experience working directly with suppliers and in delivery assurance
- Background in project management, process improvement, or Lean methodologies
- Aerospace industry experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with a variety of commodities
