Job Description
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for developing, administering and supervising a coordinated supply support system that operates efficiently and meets the needs of the hospital. Develops policies and procedures in purchasing, inventory control, storage, receiving, and distribution of supplies, equipment and services. Coordinates development of hospital-wide capital budget, maintaining close relationships with equipment vendors, various departments, and Corporate Supply Chain. Ensures compliance with Corporate Supply Chain and Group Purchasing rules and regulations. Responsible for hospital transportation program which includes maintenance and servicing of vehicles and oversight and recruitment of drivers.
