Supply Chain Leader

We're partnering with an industry-leading manufacturing organization seeking a strategic and results-driven Supply Chain Leader to oversee regional planning, inventory strategy, logistics performance, and operational coordination across North America. This role is ideal for a supply chain professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, leading diverse teams, and building strong partnerships across manufacturing, commercial, procurement, and customer-facing functions. The position offers significant visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to influence business performance across a large regional network.

Provide leadership for supply chain operations across multiple manufacturing and distribution locations.

Ensure materials, production capacity, and inventory are aligned to support customer requirements and business objectives.

Guide planning activities that balance service, cost, inventory investment, and operational efficiency.

Lead a team responsible for supply planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

Partner with plant leaders to address supply constraints, improve performance, and mitigate operational risk.

Drive improvements in customer service, order fulfillment, and working capital performance.

Oversee transportation and warehousing activities while managing relationships with external logistics providers.

Establish performance metrics and accountability measures across the supply chain organization.

Coordinate responses to supply disruptions and lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts.

Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve visibility, and enhance execution throughout the network.

Support ongoing transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.

The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline. They will have 8+ years of progressive experience within supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or logistics environments. Proven success leading teams in a multi-site organization, strong understanding of inventory management, production planning, distribution, and transportation, experience working within ERP environments such as SAP, strong business acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions, effective communicator capable of influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization, and demonstrated experience managing competing priorities in a dynamic operational setting.
