    Description

    We are seeking an intern for the Fall 2026 semester!

    Title: Supply Chain Analyst - Part-Time/InternDepartment: Supply ChainImmediate Supervisor: Senior Manager, Supply Chain Continuous ImprovementStatus: Non-exempt

    Position Purpose: Imbed with various teams across the extended Supply Chain, driving key business functions and process improvements to further company objectives.

    Principle AccountabilitiesThe Supply Chain Analyst will gain exposure to a variety of teams, completing day-to-day tasks and working on long-term, cross-functional projects - opportunities could include, but not be limited to:

    Demand Planning

    Participate in demand reviews (provide data/trend analysis)Monitor forecast system alertsAssist with reporting for S&OP and various cross-functional projects

    Supply Planning

    Manage transfer order signals for intercompany goods movementPerform root-cause analysis relating to on-time service, excess inventory, etc.Improve warehouse mapping process for customer-warehouse relationship

    Procurement

    Support for supplier meetings (preparing data for purchase history, volumes, spend, competitive info., etc.)Develop tracking and documentation for compliance with supplier onboardingDistribution channel mapping (raw materials, suppliers, countries of origin, areas of leverage)

    Logistics

    Support company transportation needs (process, escalation, cost savings opportunities)Drive cost analysis for new acquisition sitesDevelop updated process documentation

    E-Fulfillment

    Global replenishment - manage intercompany signals to supply E-Fulfill customersLogistics support for E-Fulfill peak seasonManage product transitions (demand forecasting, supply planning)

    Essential Skills and Experience

    Active pursuit of Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business, Finance or equivalent work experience.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, R)Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Must possess a strong "customer service" attitude.Clear, articulate oral communication skills projected with confidence, as well as the ability to listen, understand, and comprehend other coworkers while portraying a professional and positive attitude.Willing to learn new skills, knowledge, and techniques
