    The Role

    A senior supply chain leadership role responsible for end-to-end site operations - demand planning, materials management, production scheduling, warehousing, inventory control, and customer fulfillment. You'll translate S&OP-driven demand plans into executable supply strategies while optimizing working capital and maintaining strict food safety compliance in a shelf-life-sensitive environment.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Drive materials planning and production scheduling to ensure uninterrupted product supply
    • Oversee customer order fulfillment and service performance for the site
    • Lead warehouse operations - inventory accuracy, expense management, and P&L
    • Champion correct use of ERP/MRP planning functions and data integrity
    • Manage working capital for raw materials and finished goods; minimize scrap and obsolescence
    • Develop KPI metrics and communicate cross-functionally with Sales, QA, Operations, and Procurement
    • Lead, develop, and manage Production Planners, Materials Buyers, Inventory Control, and Warehouse Managers

    What We Need

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
    • 7-15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
    • Strong background in food manufacturing planning, scheduling, and warehouse operations - required
    • Expert-level MRP knowledge and ERP experience - D365 strongly preferred
    • Experience managing working capital in a shelf-life sensitive operation
    • CPIM certification (APICS/ASCM) preferred
