Position Summary:OEM client is seeking a Temporary CCA Breakpoint Coordinator to support Customer Care and Aftersales (CCA) activities related to service parts availability, timing, and breakpoint execution. In this role, you will help analyze part-level data, coordinate cross-functional follow-up, and support decisions that improve service part availability for customers and dealers.This is a strong fit for someone with supply chain or parts planning experience who is comfortable working with detailed information, identifying risks, and driving actions to completion. The ideal candidate understands how parts availability, supplier timing, and retail service needs connect within the automotive environment.Key Responsibilities:Support the development, validation, and maintenance of breakpoints for service parts and related supply chain activitiesAnalyze parts data, inventory positions, demand signals, supplier timing, and implementation dates to identify risks and recommend actionsReview open issues affecting part availability and help coordinate follow-up across supply chain, purchasing, engineering, operations, and related teamsTrack action items, recovery timing, and key decisions to help ensure timely executionCommunicate updates clearly to internal stakeholders, including issue summaries, timing changes, and recommended next stepsMaintain accurate records, reports, and supporting documentationEscalate supply, timing, or execution risks when customer impact or service disruption is possibleHelp improve processes, reporting, and follow-up routines related to breakpoint managementSupport a fast-paced team environment where priorities may shift based on business needsRequired Skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data, identify patterns, and support sound decisionsStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reviewing part, timing, and supply informationStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through issues in a structured wayStrong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple open items to closureAbility to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teamsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard business tools for tracking, reporting, and analysisAbility to adapt quickly, manage changing priorities, and remain organized in a fast-paced environmentRequired Experience and Qualifications:Associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, logistics, operations, automotive technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, parts planning, inventory analysis, purchasing support, aftersales, dealership operations, or a related business functionExperience working with detailed data, reports, spreadsheets, or operational tracking toolsExperience coordinating follow-up across multiple stakeholders or business functionsAbility to interpret timing, status, and risk information and translate it into clear actionsPreferred Experience:Experience in automotive service parts, aftersales, dealership fixed operations, or parts planningUnderstanding of the automotive retail or service environment and how parts availability impacts the customer and dealer experienceExperience supporting parts changes, breakpoints, supersession activity, or related implementation workExperience working with supplier timing, recovery plans, or material availability issuesFamiliarity with Customer Care and Aftersales (CCA) or a similar aftermarket/service parts organizationWhat Success Looks Like:Risks are identified early and communicated clearlyActions are tracked consistently and followed through to completionBreakpoint-related decisions are supported by accurate data and sound analysisCross-functional partners receive timely, clear updatesService part availability decisions are supported with strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
