What does a Supply Chain Coordinator & Production Planning Back Up do?

As the Supply Chain Coordinator & Production Planning Back Up at Specialty Bakery of Tulsa, you will be at the heart of our operations, supporting critical functions such as production planning, scheduling, logistics coordination, and supply chain system management. Serving as the designated backup to the primary coordinator, you will independently manage production sequencing and swiftly respond to any operational disruptions, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted processes. What you need to be successful

To thrive as the Supply Chain Coordinator & Production Planning Back Up at Specialty Bakery of Tulsa, you'll need a blend of skills and experience that align with our commitment to excellence. A high school diploma is the minimum requirement, while an associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or a related field is preferred. With at least 2 years of experience in production scheduling, logistics coordination, or manufacturing operations, you should be well-versed in ERP and WMS systems such as Genesis, NetSuite, and Smart Sheets. Strong documentation and recordkeeping abilities are essential for audit compliance, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are necessary in our fast-paced environment.

You must also demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to make timely decisions as situations evolve. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus, fostering collaboration across departments.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
