    Description

    The Supply Chain Business Systems Associate is a newly established performer that supports the management and optimization of supply chain systems. This role helps ensure the effective operation of our supply chain technologies.

    • This role does NOT provide current or future sponsorship assistance.
    • Please note that we will NOT provide relocation assistance (Candidates are expected to relocate on own 3 weeks from time of offer acceptance).
    • Employees are required to report in office 5 days a week / 7834 CF Hawn Freeway | Dallas, Texas 75217 (NO NEGOTIATION).
    • This is a direct hire role; We are NOT open to employing through contractor or agency.

    Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
    • Maintain documentation related to supply chain systems, including procedures, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
    • Provide first-level user support by gathering details, researching documented solutions, and escalating complex or unresolved issues.
    • Work on projects and assignments as part of a work team.
    • Contribute to basic data analysis to support decision-making processes.
    • Under the direction of experienced team members: perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potentialsystem/operationalimpacts.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Data Management, Customer service, Transportation, and Warehouse Management to support overall supply chain objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
    • Using knowledge gained through resources, develop fundamental knowledge of functional practice, policy, and day-to-day execution requirements.
    • Use solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the work of the team.
    • With oversight, begin to apply functional, process, and procedural or technical imagination to address business challenges.
    • Perform other duties as needed.

    Required Experience and Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    • 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience with SAP ECC, SAP EWM, Red Prairie WMS, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar supply chain systems preferred.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products preferred.

    Competencies:
    • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
    • Demonstrated ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite products.
    • Foundational knowledge of supply chain systems, business processes, and operational support practices.
